I hate washing dishes; so I am always looking for shortcuts in the kitchen. This one is super simple and tasty because you are making the salad dressing fresh.
Whatever your favorite homemade dressing recipe may be, whip it up in the bottom of the salad bowl in which you will be plating the salad. Then dump all the salad ingredients on top and when ready toss (which I like to do with my hands).
For the dressing: balsamic vinegar, garlic infused olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper
For the salad: mixed greens, pear slices, stilton cheese, and pecans
