Triple Pickle - Radish, Snap peas & Carrots

If you have a few handfuls of veggies hanging out in the frig, why not make a quick pickle?

All you need are the veggies cut and trimmed, a jar, vinegar, salt, sugar and water. If you have a clove or two of garlic and some peppercorns, even better.

  • cut veggies
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of white vinegar
  • 2 tsp of sea salt
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • mason jar
